Which edition of Marvel’s Avengers do I need to buy to gain access to the Beta?  

Pre-order any edition of Marvel’s Avengers and follow the provided instructions to gain access to the Beta*. More details will be sent to you prior to the Beta launch.

Can I pre-order Marvel’s Avengers at any retailer and get Beta access?  

The Beta* will be available at participating retailers. Check with your local retailers to verify participation prior to purchase.

Why can’t I pre-order a digital version of Marvel’s Avengers to ensure a spot in the Beta?

Beta is available on PS4, XB1, and Steam.   

Stadia currently does not support betas.    

Do I need to register for a Square Enix Members Account in order to register for the Marvel’s Avengers Beta?   

Yes, a free Square Enix Members Account is required to grant you access to the Marvel’s Avengers Beta. You can register for a free Square Enix Members Account here.

Redemption Questions  

I pre-ordered Marvel’s Avengers. Where can I find my pre-order code?   

The pre-order code for Marvel’s Avengers Beta access is either printed on your pre-order receipt or will be sent to you via email. Please check with your retailer if you have not received a code after pre-ordering.     

Where do I enter the Marvel’s Avengers pre-order code?   

Visit https://avengers.crystald.com/redeem to redeem your pre-order code. You will need to log in or register for a free Square Enix Members Account in order to register your pre-order code.   

What do I do with my Marvel’s Avengers pre-order code once I am at the site?   

After logging in to your Square Enix Members Account, enter the code in the provided box, select your platform, and press “Submit”.   

What happens after I submit my Marvel’s Avengers pre-order code?   

The Marvel’s Avengers pre-order code will flag Beta access on your Square Enix Members Account. When the code is available, you will receive an email including this code and the chosen platform. You will also be able to check your code at any time by logging back in to the Marvel’s Avengers Beta redemption website.   

  

Troubleshooting  

My receipt did not have a Marvel’s Avengers pre-order code on it or I didn’t receive an email with the code. What do I do?   

Please verify that your retailer is participating in the Marvel’s Avengers Beta* access program.

I tried to enter my pre-order code on the Marvel’s Avengers Beta redemption website, and it said “INVALID CODE”. What do I do?   

Please ensure that you have entered each character of the code correctly.

I entered my pre-order code on the Marvel’s Avengers Beta redemption website and nothing happened. What do I do?   

Please ensure that you have entered the code correctly. The code should be in the following format:   

AAAAAA-111-AAAAAA-111 (18 characters; 6 letters – 3 numbers – 6 letters – 3 numbers)

I tried to enter my pre-order code on the Marvel’s Avengers Beta redemption website, and it said “CODE ALREADY USED”. What do I do?
